Parrots are really complicated animals to care for, do you have experience with any birds? I dont personally but I know there's a lot of issues with new owners make sure you're well researched! Ball pythons are amazing pets i have 3 at the moment, make sure you have room for them though. I have a 75 gallon tank for each of them, and you need a humidifier and a heat lamp. Temperatures and humidity have to be kept at a very specific spot so I do recommend having them set up to turn off/on if it drops or raises too much. I can post some pictures of my set up if you'd like!

My mom doesn't want something that smells. We had guinea pigs in the past and tried cleaning their cage Every other day to everyday and they still smell but maybe. I'll ask her.
