Best chance for breeding fallows is to breed LF x LF or DF x DF but even than I think its only a 15-25% chance of breeding one. they can also be bred randomly

Also, Venn, I don’t know if you’ve heard this before but I also use OC as Oline Character, as in that this is a digital character that is only used online like certain art. Just a suggestion to add it with everything else :)
