Personality:

For a man with a mind that enjoys detangling the mysteries of life and death--mostly death since that's his line of work as a detective, Jax has not yet figured out the art of self-preservation. This man is absolutely the type to throw himself in front of a bullet for others. How on earth he has managed to survive this long? Mystery to everybody who knows him.

Speaking of mysteries, Jax is the type of person to absolutely hide a lot of his true emotions. Even his anger. He will appear lightly frustrated or a little weary or tired of something but he won't ever show true anger. For the most part. But he will chastise a lot of people on what they've done wrong when he finally catches them. He hides it all under laughs, smiles, calm neutral stoic looks, small nervous shrugs and weary chuckles. After all, if he isn't worried then no one else can be worried right?

Under the facade of a happier sort of person, Jax finds himself tired and worn out. He enjoys being on the hunt but once its done, he has a tendency to shut down. It takes a lot to pry his deep emotions out of him and even then, he probably won't do much anyways. Jax's emotions and thoughts are his own and he holds them tightly to himself. While he holds an open mind toward those around him, he does tend to reserve his true thoughts for himself. The supernatural? Jax doesn't believe in it at all. He thinks it's garbage, bogus, it's hoopla and faulty science.

Appearance:

Jaxion Rossi is rather tall at 6' 4" with broad shoulders. He is a mountain of a figure which definitely adds to his initial appearance, as do his jade-green eyes.

His skin is warm and perhaps a soft lightly bronzed tan but marred with brighter white patches. Jaxion's got vitiligo, he's got quite a few patches here and there. He has a light patch that wraps from one side of his jaw, up over his nose ridge and then down to the other side of his jaw. A massive patch just over his shoulder and the smallest little heart-shaped patch over his heart.

His hair is a sort of deep brown-red, a mahogany sort of color with a small white patch of hair right in the middle of his forehead connected to a vitiligo patch.

Jax tends to wear his "suit" more often than not. His nice-nice suit is reserved for special occasions and formal interviews. When he's out in the field collecting and researching? Jax can be found in loose polo shirts (with the buttons undone, of course), jeans and casual dress shoes. If it's cold enough, he'll likely pull out his brown leather bomber jacket. Heaven forbid he wear anything that isn't vaguely respectful or business casual.

Other:

Jaxion Rossi is a heavy believer in evidence and science. If he can collect every single piece of physical evidence he can? He will. It's why he believes all of those hypnosis things or psychics are pure garbage. He refuses to acknowledge it, will not accept anything to do with it. The supernatural and paranormal? Ha! Once he's done laughing you out of the room, he'll tell you it's not worth it.
