Can't really offer an exact tablet but research Wacom Tablets. They're pretty great! :D

Can confirm that the Wacom tablets are great. My first was a Wacom Bamboo (which I still have c':) that served me well for years. It was cheap, as I remember, but I'm in the UK - I don't know how the cost would translate to USD.

There is a good Huion Tablet for $119 and its a good size. :)

I've had my Wacom Tablet for around 2/3 years now and it still works amazingly. It was pretty cheap too, around £150 I believe. Plus, installing everything was really easy. It comes with a voucher to download an art program for free ( the applications offered to you are pretty good too) !

I use an I pad pro and the Apple Pencil, so that works great for me :D

Wacoms are great, and mine only cost 200 Canadian for the Bluetooth version

I got a Huion for 60 USD (brand new) it works great but it really depends what you are going for. Mine is a Huion h610 pro but if you are just starting out I have heard great things about Wacoms. Mine was a bit hard to get set up and it did have a few problems here and there but if you are techy(or just know how to look stuff up) then it works great.
