Here is the game's guide to it:

How do I buy more wolves? In the game menu, go to Realm > Marketplace > Trading Post. Click the "For Sale" checkbox, and any other option you like. Then click submit. A list of wolves for sale will display. Choose the ones that have good to excellent affinity with your pack.

Go to trading post, scroll down and hit "for sale" and then fill out your preferences (male female, rarity, talent, etc.) then you can scroll all the way down and do price "lowest to highest", and you can get them usually with mush.

Is it possible to buy premium off others with mush? Or would it be easier to buy apples off member to buy premium?

If so, how many much would I be looking to pay for premium?? I need to know so I can save xD

You can't buy Premium off of another player. Apples can be bought from other players for mushrooms to then upgrade to premium with.

As for how much Mush would it take depends on what the apples are selling for. The prices do fluctuate a bit. But the norm at the moment tends to be right around 1200 mush per apple.

The best thing to do would to be keep checking barter for the current apple prices.
