Unfairly attractive for someone so vicious. Pitifully pale is this man who stands at a not-so-pitiful height of little more than 190 centimeters. Regarded as pale as his complexion is Ike’s shorter, wavy ice blonde hair, just as rebellious and visually flattering as the rest of the man. His downturned eyes give the false impression of a laid-back individual. The lack of crow lines and sheer intensity of his steel blue stares suggest otherwise. True masculine appeal is etched into his well-chiseled features, defined sculpting, and unblemished being by so much as a freckle. Ike’s frame is lean, entirely misleading to the sheer strength coiled beneath toned, iron-solid muscle that is disguised beneath clothing. Scarring exists sporadically but unremarkably. The only remarkable thing about them at all is if anyone were capable of finding and tracing the white lines that echo past injury. He can’t be bothered with the ornaments of jewelry or ink and could be presumptively mistaken for simple based on how plainly he keeps his wardrobe. The popular consensus regarding Ike would be that he is alone among his own complex species. Or worse, an imposter among human beings. There is no subtlety in how he presents himself to the world and yet he, both in action and as a person, is nearly impossible to comprehend. Indifferently violent, disturbingly detached from empathy for others, unsettingly unpredictable in mood, and an extreme twisted concept of hedonism are the most notable umbrella traits he's associated with. It could be reassuring to think his behavior and nature were born from grave misfortune or gross mistreatment but the reality is that Ike was born with a diamond spoon in his mouth. It would be rather that Ike never truly learned accountability in his privileged estate where the messes following his tantrums and increasingly concerning behavior were cleaned up for him and the 'consequences' were light if any. The culture of varying elitists he was raised around was no greater influence. From the array of polished masks paraded to hide sinister intentions to the cutthroat charisma that ensures one's place in high society, they were terrible teachers to a naturally beastly child. Does he have any redeeming qualities? Well, he's never had a reason to be any different than how he is. Ike is aware that the majority of what he does is socially, morally, and generally unacceptable. However, he doesn't objectively see why he would be considered a bad person. In fact he doesn't really rationally or objectively understand that the things he does are wrong. It's not to say he isn't incredibly charming. Although he has a tendency to speak in selective truths and leaves the rest for his company to assume. Some mistake Ike as someone who can be grown close to over time but the reality is that the kindest he tends to perceive people, even after years-long association, are strangers that he has no attachment to. But it's overwhelmingly better to be a stranger than a source of annoyance to this man. Regardless it's widely established among his family and other unfortunate souls in his more immediate circle that the day he bothers to consider another human being's thoughts and feelings, let alone grow any form of attachment to someone, is surely the day hell freezes over. Family: Anders Lavoie - 44 y/o - Elder Brother For a man atop such a coveted throne in a booming technological industry, Anders is far too friendly and optimistic for his own good. Constantly surrounded by company, so much so that his own home is more of a hotel than a house, he is an amiable man who could be easily underestimated as a true genius.  Character ProfileAppearanceTheodore stands tall at a powerful 6'0, although most people assume he's taller, and he weights around 218lbs. His build is proportional to his height and weight, and most of his height comes from his legs. He has long legs, however, he also has a medium-length waist as well. It is also clear that he is athletic, as he played sports when he was younger, specifically hockey. He has a solid yet not bulky frame, as he is built for explosiveness and stamina, with powerful shoulders and chest. Yet, his strongest muscles are around his forearms, built from years in hockey for his wrists and core for grip strength, powerful wrist-flick based moves, and core stability. His lower body is not as powerful, but he always tries to work on them as well to maintain proportionality and good balance for agility. He is ambidextrous, however more often writes with his right hand. Theodore has slightly curly jet black hair that he keeps styled in a lower taper fade, with short, smooth sides that fade near the ears and neck, and also has thick curls left a little longer at the top. When he is in public or at work, he keeps it very neat and put together. However, when he is in the privacy of his own home, it is often messy from running his hand through it a lot. His eyes are a striking ice blue that are reminiscent of the winter sky, and when he is angry or intimidating, they are cold; almost cutting blue like frozen steel. However, on the very rare occasion, when he is happy or showing his softer size, those ice blue eyes seem to soften to a more gentle blue that brightens. That paired with his charming smile has swooned many women many times. Theodore's skin is a fair olive-tone, slighly earthy sun-warmed from many summers spent on the beach. He also seems to be evenly tanned across his entire body, possibly from nude sunbathing. He prefers to remain almost clean-shaven, most often sporting a shadow of a stubble, just enough to add definition to his face.
One of the most distinguishing features of Theodore are the freckles on his face, which are hard to see unless the sun hits them just right. The freckles are lightly smattered across his cheekbones and he also sports a slight dimple in his right cheek when he is genuinely smiling. Theodore has a fair share of scars across his body, a lot of them from playing hockey. There is one on his jaw from a fight on the ice, a thin scar that stretches from under his jaw towards his chin. There is also a decent sized scar on his shoulder from a hockey incident that nearly cost him his arm. It is faint, pale, and slightly puckered scar over his right shoulder from a collision gone wrong. There are also a lot of other smaller scars from years playing outside as a child. Some from being thrown from a horse, riding a bike. All from doing the stupid, but fun things as a child while playing outside. There is one more scar, a thin, slightly jagged, linear scar on his left forearm. The injury had nearly cost him the nerves that controlled his left arm and hand.
He is always found wearing a silver necklace with a small silver cross on it, which is a family heirloom that he is incredibly fond of. In public and at work, he is most often found in a business suit. Typically a black or grey one, as he prefers dark colors over bright colors. Occasionally one can find him in different colors of business suits, but most often in black. They are typically dark-colored tailored, slim-fit business suits with a white dress shirt. He keeps the suit jacket unbuttoned most of the time, and leaves the first few buttons of the white dress shirt unbuttoned to reveal a little bit of his muscled chest. He also wears incredibly nice dress shoes as well, typically black or brown, whatever color best pairs with his suit. Whenever he is not in the suit jacket, he rolls the sleeves of the dress shirt up to reveal his forearms. He also pairs the business/formal outfit with a black Bremont watch on his left wrist.
Whenever he is in the privacy of his own home, he likes a casual wear. Usually just a t-shirt with some sweats or joggers. He has an indoor gym, so he can also be found in workout clothes at home. Whenever he has to go to a formal event, but isn't required to be in a suit, he opts for nice denim jeans paired with a nice shirt like a tailored button up shirt. His go-to cologne is one that gives off an aromatic, woody smell. He usually only sprays on enough that people can smell it when he gets close. But no so powerful, that it overwhelms people.
Tonal/Voice
Theodore's voice is slightly deep with a tint of smoothness and richness. He usually remains quite calm and authoritative. However, he lightens up when he is teasing or being playful. Although he has adapted his dialect to the more common phrases of London, his Kentish accent remains quite heavy. Not enough that people cannot understand him though. He is very proud of his Kentish heritage however. Personality Theodore actually has three sides to him, the public lawyer face everybody sees, the mafia side that only the underground side usually sees, and then his private self that very few actually see. His public lawyer personality is precise, he is calm, controlled, and articulate. It is very hard to rattle him, even in court. He is very charming and charismatic as well, which is quite helpful in convincing the jury. His words and the way he speaks is very precise and specific. He is also polite, but remains distant and he never loses his composure.
It is very hard to know what he is thinking, but it is very clear to see that he is intelligent. He rarely smiles, and if he does, it is always polite and professional. His memory is impeccable, which is beneficial for his court dealings. He hates yelling, so he never raises his voice. He commands rooms even without having to raise his voice, and if he ever does raise his voice that is a very bad sign.
He is incredibly strategic and observent, he notices body signals and is always thinking steps ahead. Gaining his trust is hard, and very rare, but very important if you gain it. However, if you break it, it's broken permanently. He is always thinking like a lawyer, keeping notes on people, preferring to observe, and constantly thinking. He keeps his personal life secret from everybody, even his own parents know very little about his personal life (like relationships, etc.). He relies on dry and dark humor a lot whenever he does let loose a little, but he still maintains control.
His mafia side is quite similiar, however a little darker. He relies on control and fear more than violence. He has a specific moral code that he follows to a T, that ensures the safety of the family and himself. Thus, his emotions are always well-controlled. He is precision-focused and cold. Although, due to his charm, he is very persuasive as well, and although he does not like violence. Theodore is not above using violence to make a point, if needed.
He is very slow to trust people, and even slower to trust people emotionally. Even in relationships, he keeps a distance. He uses relationships for advantages, and has never actually dated anybody for an actual interest. He does not do random and often hook ups, but he has been known to find somebody to sleep with every so often. He shows care through his actions, and can become quite protective and loyal.
However, he struggles with emotional vulnerabilitiy, not necessarily the lack of emotions but just controlling and showing it. He does not like to seem vulnerable, and his family's dealings with shady underworld requires him to not show any kind of weaknesses. He relies too much on logic and intelligence, and relies too little on emotion.
Weaknesses and Flaws
Theodore also has his fair share of weaknesses and flaws. He is a bad overthinker and can drown in it, as he worries that he is not working up to the right images. Theodore worries that he is not living up to be a good mafia heir or even a lawyer. He also has a bad habit of bottling things up, and over certain things, finds it that it is very hard for him to open up emotionally.
Theodore also suffers from severe anxiety, that he has learned how to manage and hide. One of his biggest problems is how much his forearm injury bothers him still. However, he feels this overwhelming pressure to be perfect (perfectionist). The pressure he feels (mostly due to himself) overwhelms him. He believes that the mafia will rip him a new one if he messes up even once. He sets unnaturally high standards for himself, and beats himself up when he is unable to achieve them. Whenever he suffers from anxiety and is out of the eyes of the public, he spirals. However, when in public, it is much harder to tell if he is having an anxiety attack. But key tells are his posture, he gets a little tenser. And his eyes almost seem to get colder, he keeps a hand in his pocket so that he can fidget with his hand and people can't notice. He also has a bad habit of isolating himself, especially during emotional turmoil. He is scared of losing people, which is why his close friends and family group is so small. He doesn't want to form emotional connections and risk losing somebody else.
Strengths
Theodore's strengths involve mental resiliece. Even though he can spiral and struggles with perfectionist and anxiety, he never lets it slow him down for long. He just bottles it up, shoves it away, and keeps on going. Which is not the healthiest method, however it has worked. In public, he can handle the pressure and criticism the military throws at him, and it is incredibly hard to unnerve him. He is a strategic thinker with exceptional awareness that keeps him and his law firm at impressive levels. He is also very adpative and works hard to ensure that the law firm remains on top. BackstoryTheodore was born in Fordwich, Kent, United Kingdom and he lived there with his parents until he was six and a half. During the summer, his parents moved them into London where their true dealings were based in, so it was easier to operate. He was home schooled for the first two years of school, but whenever they moved to London, his parents sent him to a private school in Harrow, where he attended Orley Farm School then Harrow School, before graduating early at the age of 17 due to excelling in his studies. He also became interested in hockey while in school, and played from prep school all the way until he graduated.
Due to his family's cover in law-related fields, Theodore chose to go to Cambridge and study law there. He studied law there for a total of four years, three years for his BA and then gained a Master's in one year. From there, he returned to London and his family, where he started a law firm. One that skyrocketed due to his family's influence in London, both in the public and in the underground world.
