Plot: One pack of wolves is destroyed by a fire and they have to take refuge with an enemy. When a wolf from the destroyed pack falls in love with a wolf from the other pack, what will happen?

Territory: swamp
Apperence: shorter than average for a full grown wolf. Medium length fur that is very thick. Long fur on her tail. She has longer legs that allow her to be quicker and more agile than a lot of other wolves. Clear yellow eyes.

Personality:hardworking, intelligent, honest, quiet. I used to have a entire built out personality for her but I can't find where I put her character sheet.

Alpha Glacier: A heavyset male with light grey fur, a white underbelly, and bright green eyes.

Beta Icicle: A slim bluish-grey female with a white underbelly and a scar over one eye. Light brown eyes.

Guards:

Blizz: A young, agile female with long dark brown fur and blue eyes.

Boreas: A black male with dark blue eyes and long fur.

Hunters:

Aurora: Sister to Boreas, looks the same as him but with more purple eyes.

Eskimo: White and fluffy male with a big, poofy tail. Light blue eyes.

Inuit: Eskimo's brother, very light grey fur and eyes.

Apprentices:

Freeze: Dark grey with a light underbelly and tail tip. Male. Mentor: Aleu

Wolverine: A male wolf with a wolverine-like coat. Mentor: Blizz

Snowfall: A long-legged female with bright blue eyes. Mentor: Boreas

Deceased:

Fern, died of old age.

Ice, died of the avalanche ( the disaster)

It was midmorning and the sun was slowly climbing towards noon. Iris was hunting. She was by herself, most of the scheduled patrols had left and she really didn't want to deal with other wolves right now. She was mostly going after some small prey. Birds, rabbits, even fish or snakes. It didn't really matter as long as she managed to bring something back. The muddy ground squished underneath her paws as she travered between the roots of Mangrove trees and areas of water that made up the swamp.
She sniffed the air, hoping to catch the scent of something to hunt. There was nothing around here except a faint deer smell. She probably couldn't catch something like that on her own, much less carry it all the way back to the camp.

Aleu walked through the marsh in the mid morning light, looking for the Mangrove Pack camp. Her own pack, Northern Pack, had been destroyed. Aleu's leader figured that this would be the best chance at survival, when too many wolves had died. Mangrove Pack had been Northern Packs's enemy for years, but this would have to do. Hopefully she would meet some friend for the time staying with Mangrove Pack, if they accepted Northern Pack.

As Iris walked further in the swam and close to the edge of the territory she sented something strange. Wolves. A lot of them. And they happened to smell an awful lot like Northern pack. She just had to be on her own when they decided to tresspass.

She moved closer to the scent. Keeping close to the shadows and walking through as many plants as she could to hide her approach. She couldn't fight all of them. She just wanted to see how many there where.

Finally, she spotted them. It didn't look like an invading force. There where elders and young pups. Why would they bring them along? And there where so many of them. Almost like the entire pack was there. But that surely couldn't be the case. A lot of them didn't look like they where ready for a fight either.

She might as well find out what they where here for. Iris emerged from the reeds. Her tail raised slightly. Posture straight.

" So what are you doing here?"

Aleu saw the brown Mangrove Pack wolf ahead of her. Crap. "We're here because our pack's camp was destroyed," she called, "Please let us take refuge with you." Aleu turned to her packmates, all thin, and pleaded "Please." Aleu dipped her head.

It would make sense that something happened to their camp. It certainly looked like they've all been through something. "I'll take you to Alpha Boa. She can decide what to do with you." She'd also take them a longer way to camp, but she didn't say that part aloud.

Aleu dipped her head in thanks. "Thank you so much." She signaled with her tail for the pack to follow her. Aleu remembered Boa as the alpha of Mangrove Pack, who had reprimanded her when she had trespassed on the other pack's territory as a young wolf.
