Winter Month: 3 
Day 
Hello, WP! I've been thinking that although Eve's events are good and fun, we should have our own holiday events. The two big ones, of course, are Christmas and Halloween, which are run by other players. But I was thinking, perhaps, that Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Father's Day could be celebrated as well.
I will be running each of the events and funding them, along with volunteers. I'm wondering, though, how many people would be interested in participating in each of these events. Below, I'll have listed the event, in what month the event will be held, a very basic description of what will be involved, and then further details.
Please comment below and let me know what you think, any additions you wold make, and what other holiday's you like to see me hold events for! If you do have suggestions for other holidays, perhaps provide me with a form as I've been using above. Thank you!
Please note: These events will not come into effect until 2018.
Event: Valentine's Day
Month: February
Description: Celebrate love and relationships! During this month, I will be accepting commemorations of the friends you have made on WPG, and at the end of the month, seven lucky winners will be revealed.
Details: The form that you will fill out will include the following information you will be providing me with will revolve around why you believe this person should win. Submissions must be entered through PM.
Event: Mother's Day
Month: May
Description: Simply, this will be a thank you to all mothers.
Details: I will have two separate forum pages. One with a form for mothers and mothers-to-be to fill out, and one for others who wish to give gifts to the mothers. After the first two weeks of May have passed, I will pair up a mother and a giver and the giver will have the last two weeks of May to gift. At the end of the week, the giver will have the option of revealing themselves to the mother they gave gifts to. Submissions must be posted on respective forum pages.
Event: Father's Day
Month: June
Description: There are not quite as many fathers as there are mothers on this game, so prizes will be available to both fathers and sons.
Details: At the beginning of June, I will open a forum page where the forms will generally be asking sons to write about their favorite memory with their father or describe a favorite memory with a father figure. The form for fathers will be based on favorite family memories. Winners will be chosen randomly, since memories are priceless (and anyways, who am I to judge?). Submissions can be entered through PM or on the page.
