Embershed Hey, that's cool! Sounds like a great way to get through boring lessons too ahah. I think they've done a few studies on it, resting with your eyes closed isn't as good as sleep but it's better than nothing. |

| ET, but I tend to also sleep mentally, which is how I survive during the day. I simply tune out and just catch up on my sleep. Probably gain an extra 2-3 hours of "sleep" a day doing this... I don't know why but It works, and once I tune back in I feel less tired than before. |
