Do you have a preference for which gender or which part that you would like to do for the plot?

I usually prefer playing as female, but I can do other genders if that doesn't work for you. I'm more than happy to fo either roles, up to you

Okay. What do you think about both of us each playing one of each gender just to keep things even? I have an idea for the surprise mate character.

Okay. I was thinking that the new member to the group grew up watching the alpha and their s/o never really thinking much of it. They have a few interactions with the pair but just goes about their life as a member. There is a ceremony once the heir for the alpha position turns 21 where any other members that are within +/- 3 years of 21 gather to find their mate. It just so happens that during this ceremony there is a stronger pull between newbie and the alpha that is pretty noticeable for the pair. They try to ignore it but they end up bumping into each other and once a mate is found, a mark appears around the left wrist of the bonded pair, what that looks like or how that happens can be modified. Of course the two try to hide that they are bonded and try to move on as though everything is normal. Of course the s/o sees the mark on the newbie and outs them in front of the whole group trying to humilate and say that they faked their mark.

That could be the start of some of the drama as the alpha and s/o try to stay together though the pulling of being bonded pulls the alpha to the newbie where they have to start meeting in private.

I apologize if that is a little scatter brained. My ideas tend to start out that way and change as I type them up.
