Thanks, but i was hoping Six bears would reply for full clarification, (No offence mods) since theres nothing about this is the coloring base rules, but it says you can alter these bases on Pixil art, but not on wolfplay |

The rules regarding these images say you're not allowed to edit the lineart. I would suggest letting a mod know about this and providing more screenshots/evidence. |
