Shujaa Meaning "Valiant" in Swahili ~ -[~|~]- ~ Age: Young Adult Gender: Doe/Cow ~ Species: T. Rex Pack or Herd: Tyrannosaurid Group. Rank: Young Adult ~ Appearance: ~ Length: 15.2 feet Height: 7.6 feet Weight: 2.1 tons Voice: Young, and daring. Shujaa is a very beautiful tyrannosaurid. Though she may have not gotten the bright and flashy colors from her mother, she's definitely still attractive. She doesn't look like any of her parents. Her few tiny scales are a dull maroon color, only her arms, feet, and tail tip inherented the gold from her mother, but that gold looks more like a light orange, not glowing like Sana. Other than her scales, Shujaa definitely inherented more from her dad, Azen. She got his same muscular build and eye color, and her teeth and jawline is just like him. She definitely has a long tail like him too, but doesn't have the tip chopped off due to being still young and defended by her wonderful mother, whom she looks up to much. Shujaa is not one on the skinny side, being quite muscular for a rex her age. Her muscles are still small, and undeveloped, but they're getting there! She'll be very muscular when fully grown, but probably no where near Azen's amount of muscles. She's actually going to have need fat, not just muscle like him. Though, she's definitely expected to be an incredibly large rex when she's a full adult. Shujaa definitely takes pride in her appearance, and stands tall and keeps her head up and pointed forward where she's headed. Her eyes are menacing and scary, and sometimes a few say they're glowing at night, which is true, they most definitely do dimly glow. ~ Personality: ~ Reckless || Audacious || Proud Shujaa is definitely not one to think out her plans very well, and very rarely putting the energy and effort to even think out a strategy first before doing. She's more of the dinosaur who just charges out there and hopes for the best, and barely thinks even during the fight. She can act very proud of her accomplishments, which some may find annoying, or mean, but she doesn't mean it that way. She just likes being noticed, and praised. Bold || Ambitious || Resolute Shujaa is definitely a very brave dinosaur, and is full of goals. She always likes the thrill of battle, at least, when she's winning it. She always stands her ground, and never backs down to anyone, well, other than submitting and apologizing when she gets in trouble. But other than that, nope! She will not back down unless she knows she's gonna get a painful butt whooping. Respectful || Obedient Shujaa is definitely very respectful to those she's close to, or she knows have the authority over her, aka her parents, or siblings. Maybe you could try and befriend her, but she's an incredibly wild one for a dinosaur her age. Most dinosaurs her age would be practicing on how to have that creepy feel of a tyrannosaurus, but Shujaa doesn't really care about that. ~ Crush: Maybe she can have a crush with an outsider male? My Theri ~ Muujiza Meaning "Miracle" in Swahili. I have a favorite language. English is boring. ~ -[~|~]- ~ Age: Elder Gender: Female ~ Species: Therizinosaurus Pack or Herd: Loner Rank: None ~ Appearance: ~ Length: 32 feet Height: 16 feet Weight: Around 5.2 tons Voice: Creaky and tired. Like one of an old lady in her 80s Muujiza used to be stunningly beautiful, but now with wrinkles, most being covered up by her large, wide feathers that layer across her marred skin. The amount of scars on the female's body immediately informs you, she's a fighter. One who fought many battles, and suffered many losses. By the grim expression planted on her face, you know she's been through a lot in life. A lot. Muujiza's face is marred and torn by scars from many fights in her existence, and ever since the massacre of her family, it was always about the fight to her. She has a yellow beak, possibly hiding tiny teeth within it. Her eyes are a deep green color, like the common color of a coniferous forest. Muujiza's long and skinny neck gives her a big disadvantage against the apex guys. Her skinny neck is littered with long and short, and wide and thin scars. Muujiza has a more thin build for a theri, being much skinnier than the average due to her age, and the lack of finding a safe place to eat in peace without a carnivore attacking her. I mean, she probably looks like easy prey to them, but trust me, she's not. Muujiza has some really long arms, and her shoulders are covered in long, medium gray feathers. At the end of her arms is her deadliest weapons, her dramatically long black claws that are slightly broken due to being used on many dinosaurs. The only practically scarless spot is her arms, as not many predators would be asking to get slapped by them claws of hers. Muujiza's tail is a lifesaver to her offspring. It's the most feathery spot on her body, the feathers being so long they drape down and hang there, causing a small canopy she used to hide her young hatchlings. Personality: ~ Cranky || Grumpy || Tired After age has worn down her adventerous spirit, she now became the tired and cranky theri she is today. Now, all she wishes for is some rest, and for predators to get off of her tail and leave her alone. Sometimes she claims she never should've moved to the grasslands. But the branches there smelled awesome. Loving || Caring If you're her friend, she's completely different if she gets her rest. She'll show much concern, and care, and give you lots of attention when you need it. A way to tell she likes you is when you notice her curling her claws closer to herself than normal, as to make sure she doesn't harm you. Strong || Defensive || Courageous This elderly theri houses much courage, and strength behind her old bones. Her many fights have given her bravery, and skill. She's invented many unique strategies for chasing off predatorian dinosaurs, and not letting them leave without a mark. Traumatized || Having PTSD, possibly psychotically ill Ever since the massacre on her family, she's been traumatized, and having trouble sleeping. Every time she closes her eyes she hears a long, loud shriek that echos in her mind for a long time before being followed by a long roar and the squeaking of compsognathus' as they went to a new meal. Sometimes, Muujiza claims that she's seeing, and hearing things that aren't really there. It often gives her quite the scare, as she often sees her family in the distance, walking and acting as if they were alive until she approached. Then other times, she looks behind herself and sees their destroyed bodies sprawled on the ground. Sometimes she'll hear them calling for her to come in the distance, and other times she'll hear them screaming at her to run. If she ever looks in that direction, she starts seeing herself in a void. The most common thing she claims to see and hear is a theri with a void-like wavey texture going over his whole body. He doesn't have eyes, or ears, or a mouth, but he's there, and literally her emotional support minion. He acts as if he's real, and speaks as if he's real. He claims to have the name of... Chombo ~ Crush: None Mate: We don't talk about that... Offspring: Many adult offspring. If you want, you can play one! Other: Short backstory! Muujiza's mother never had a successful egg, every one of her children dying shortly after hatching. She had an unknown defect that made it near impossible for her to lay eggs. That's what gave Muujiza her name. Miracle. She's her mother's little miracle. When Muujiza had begun to grow up, she'd found a great interest in becoming a parent. When she just became breeding age, she found an incredibly likable male her same age. She and that male hung out for so long, every day. Eventually, when Muuji grew up, she left with the male, and had around 21 children in her whole lifespan, her oldest being a 34 year old male, who found a group of 3 young females and left with them. Muuji one day decided to pay a visit to her family, which her mate reluctantly agreed. Their reunion together was short-lived, when a group of young tyrannosaurids grabbed them and snapped each one's neck. One almost had her... her mate sacrificed himself, and Muuji leaving with trauma and PTSD after. |

Appearance:
Sana is a large female, standing at just around 14 feet tall at her hip, about 8.4 tons [maybe a smidge more since she's eggbound] and around 37 feet in length. Despite not being maxed out on the scales, the female is full grown, and is unlikely to get any larger, though her size is certainly not something to take lightly. She has a rather powerful and muscular build, seemingly chiseled out of stone. There is a sturdyness to her that almost makes her seem stocky with how wide and robust the female is, but overall she's well proportioned for her age.
The Rex has a set of thick legs with a powerful hindquarters to match. She might not be the fastest creature out there, but she's sure on her feet, and rather capable of moving her mass around efficiently. As per usual, the female has a teensy tiny pair of forelimbs, which are clawed with two equally small claws on each limb.
For her head, Sana has the typically large, broad head that narrows a bit at the muzzle. She has a pronounced brow bone, not as much as a male's but in a way that gives her a strong, but feminine hint to her features.
The one thing that Sana stands out for though, aside from just being a massive prehistoric carnivore, is her color. Instead of being a muted or dull color, like females tend to be, Sana is a bright and brilliant gold color that lacks no pigment and has little dilution to it. Her base color is gold, with it darkening slightly at her head to the point the tip of her muzzle almost seems red. Whereas on her tail it shifts to bands so that her tail looks wrapped in gold and cream, lightening as it goes, becoming lightest at the tip. Her underbelly is the cream color that bands her tail, but instead of going from one color to another where her underbelly meets her base color, it instead works as a gradient, gradually shifting into the other color.
For her eyes, Sana has a pair of rich, golden amber eyes that are very reminiscent of a honey color. Her claws on her forelimbs and feet are a darker silvery color, with her teeth being white, though they're tinted from the meat she eats.
Personality:
Outwardly, Sana doesn't seem like the most terrifying and aggressive female. This is mostly do to her primarily quiet and stoic disposition, revealing very little about her thoughts or emotions to those watching her. It takes someone close to her to be able to read the microexpressions that occasionally present themselves to be able to accurately read her. It's the unnerving calmness to the female that makes her so dangerous though. Able to think her way through most things, she isn't the type to recklessly fly off the handle at every little thing. Instead, every step and every decision is incredibly thought out, no doubt with contingencies in place in case things don't go according to her plan. Do to this, Sana can be a bit controlling, preferring things to be done exactly a certain way, but she isn't the type to lose it when wrenches are thrown.
Despite her cool, and calculated exterior, Sana is a very protective female and a rather devoted mother. To threaten any of her young, even her capable adult offspring, would be to unleash this female's wrath upon you. When her young are in danger, nothing, and I mean nothing, will prevent her from keeping them safe. She will happily destroy anything in her path to ensure the safety and health of her own offspring.
While she is known for being calm and rather reserved, Sana is a very dominant female. She doesn't tolerate challenges or disrespect, even from her own young. If an adult offspring steps out of line, she will quickly remind them exactly who is in charge. If one of her younger offspring does something wrong, she isn't the type to not reprimand them for it. Actions have consequences, and she's a firm believer in that, so she does not coddle her own children.
If it weren't clear by now, the golden rex is a very intelligent being. What she lacks in flamboyance she makes up for in sheer will and intelligence. She's a planner, a thinker, and because of this she is extremely patience. This can make her hard to predict in the sense that if she has a plan in motion, you never know exactly when its going to kick off, or if you're already two steps too far behind.
