2014 Newspaper: November 3, 2014. In a tragic fire, three Ibex Headquarters were famished in a horrific fire. No bodies were recovered, and no signs of life from the wreckage were recorded. Dr. Stevens, the head scientist in Facility B, has been found deceased. There have been no other reports of any remains of the other victims. And still no clue on why this unexpected fire had raged and killed innocent lives. You. Yes, you. You escaped the fire, it's been 2 years now. And yet, no one knows who you are, or where you came from. But you do. You know the tragic things Ibex has done to you and your fellow Experimentals. You know the truth behind Ibex's wicked schemes. You know. In order to participate in this RP, you must read the directions, respect all those around you, and fill out a Character Sheet. You are an "Experimental" that escaped the fires, that burned Ibex down. You still hold the abilities, powers, and strengths that Ibex scientists have injected, and forced into your body. You're on the run, constantly moving, and constantly fighting the Ibex's team. They want you. You need to run. They are trying to catch you. ---------------- Rules: 1. 3. Under no circumstance is there Godmodding, overpowering everyone. If I get a report or see anyone godmodding, I will give you one strike, and if it happens again your out.
4. Hate the character, not the player
5. Only 4-5 Powers Maximum (No Hidden Powers.)
6. No more than 2 people can have the same power, for example. If someone has "Telepathic" powers, and another person does, no one else can have Telepathic powers.

Appearance:
Dakota stands at 5'6, weighs around 134 lbs. She has a lean body, thin, but healthy. She takes good care of herself, so she looks nice and neat most of the time. Her skin is Ivory, her hair is a Dark Brunnette but in the dark, it looks like an Obsidian Black. Her eyes, heterochromia, her left eye is a Dark Sea Blue, and her right eye is a Gleaming Bright Yellow.
Dakota usually wears ripped, skinny jeans, and a Solid T-Shirt somewhere in the greyscale. Her skinny jeans are usually always ripped, with dark blue-based coloring. Her T-Shirts are always in the greyscale, so either black, grey, dark grey, or light grey. Usually one of the greys though. She holds her long, wavy Dark Brunette hair in a high pony with a grey elastic band. Her shoes are either Grey Sneakers or Dark Black Boots. She prefers sneakers since they are easier to move in.
Personality:
Dakota is a peculiar, and sensitive thing, whilst being ruthless, and moody. When you first approach this young woman, she will act either quiet, shy, and unsocial or she will act aggressive, rough, and snarky along with other many moods and whatnot. Her usual mood around her twin, Nyx, is kind, firm, caring, and respectful for the most part. But she does tend to be demanding, hurtful, selfish, and rigged.
While she may act, however, deep down she is true to herself and those who surround her. She was born with a rather more caring heart than her sister, Nyx. Dakota is more respectful, rational, strategic, and keener on truth than most. She has always been more 'girly' compared to her sister, but even still, she is not 'girly.' If need be, she will roll and dig in 3 feet of mud, she will step in the most disturbing of things, and will even commit to things that you could never have imagined.
If you want to picture it, imagine Dakota sitting on a couch eating Chunky Brownie Icecream with a large spoon, a cup of Mug Root Beer beside her, along with a 22. Pistol on the coffee table in front of her, and a 12 Gauge Shotgun on the arm of the couch.
As you already know, Dakota is rather kind and respectful, but she can also be clingy, quiet, and extremely emotional. Due to childhood trauma, Dakota had to bear with horrifying and tragic events, along with Nyx, but she was damaged more emotionally. She can go from low to high, and from high to low. From pissed off, to depressed. And from depressed to wanting to kill the whole world.
As well as meaning emotional, clingy, and kind. This sister of the twins is dangerous and vicious. When either her or her sister is threatened in any sort of way, she becomes offensive and snarky. If it escalates to death threats, Dakota goes to the point where she will kill the perpetrator for each threat. And in some cases, she may even torture them. Backstory:
As a young child, between the ages of 6-7, her mother, Isabelle was slaughtered in front of her by a local Gang, that tormented their neighborhood at night. Her father abandoned her and Nyx when she was 2-3 years old, the reason why she has no memory of him.
Dakota and Nyx were taken at the age of 9, taken to a facility that was off the grid. It was ran by mad scientists, who compared DNA of different species and combined it will human DNA, along with other unknown tests that have given Nyx and Dakota odd mutations. The twin's DNA was compared with multiple different animal species, Canine, Feline, Avian, and other unknown species. They were tortured, poked, and prodded every day until the ages of 16, when they fleed the lab.

Nyx looks very similar to her sister, Dakota. But there are obvious differences. They both, are 5'6, Nyx weighs around 163 lbs, and has lightly tanned skin. Her hair is a Dark Brunette, almost looking identical to her sibling. And indeed, she too has heterochromia but, different colored eyes. Her right is a Dark Sea Blue, and her left is a Gleaming Yellow. Just the exact opposite of her sister. Nyx has a somewhat different fashion style than her sister, she does hold her long, wavy hair in a high pony. She does wear skinny jeans, sneakers, and T-Shirts, but she also wears sweaters more often than most. Her T-Shirts are usually either Red, Dark Red, or Black, her jeans are just the same as Dakota's but not ripped. She also wears small, silver hooped earrings.
Personality:
Nyx is a sensitive, aggressive, ticking bomb. Her personality is the most irrational one of the twins. If it wasn't for Dakota, she would probably kill everything on sight.
While in Combat, she is fearsome, dangerous, vigilant, and extremely strategic. She is at her strongest when in combat, and along with her sister. She isn't weak without her sister, but just stronger, which is probably not a good thing if you are an enemy against them. Nyx got the brunt of the torture at the Lab, but she did it to defend her sister and keep her safe. She is loyal and protective of her sister.
When Nyx is angry, you should probably steer clear. Even her sister steers clear! Anger fuels Nyx's powers, and just makes them twice as strong since they are connected to her emotions, just as Dakota. When she is sad, her powers are weakened but still strong enough to rip an average human in two. Any other emotion other than anger, and sadness, her power is just the same. No extra strength. Just as Dakota, Nyx has an honest heart, but it is much harder to reach and bring out. Due to her childhood experiences, she has been raised in torture and neglect, only making herself harder, and harsher to those around her, sometimes even Dakota. Just because Dakota and Nyx are twins, and their bond is strong, doesn't mean they never lash out at each other..heavens no.

Appearance: Reyha has long, thick silver white hair that reaches her mid thighs and pale, milky white skin. Her eyes, a silver white like her hair, appear to glow in the dark (though they actually do not). She has an hour glass shaped figure with perfect sized curves. Due to her mutations, she has silver-gray wolf ears that sit on top of her head, even in human form. She also has a long, thick-furred silver-gray wolf tail that has a white tip and a black ring that separates the white from the gray. She has small claws on each finger of her hands. Because she doesn't like to have her hair in her face, Reyha wears her thick hair either in french braids, dutch braids, or even in a fish tail braid (depending on the circumstances). She doesn't like to wear shoes but, when she does, she wears tan moccassins with teal beads.

Name: Jesse Bleu Ortega Age: 18 Gender: Male Appearance: The first thing that anyone thinks when they first lay their eyes on Jesse Bleu Ortega, is that he seems eccentric. This could be because of his navy blue hair, or his golden eyes, or possibly his alternative clothing style. Maybe it's all of the charms he wears and the crystal necklace. Maybe it's the faint black markings that snake up his arms like faded tattoos. He looks as though he has a lot to say, even though you can barely get a word out of him most of the time. He rarely spends time on how he looks, typically just throwing on the first outfit he sees. He can easily be mistaken for someone who is full of himself. Jesse is 5'4 and is considered to be shorter than average. He's always been shorter than average. He doesn't exactly like his height, he wishes that he were taller. He gets teased for being short, which adds to his will to be taller. You would find it hard to find him in a crowd. Jesse weighs 138lbs, and he is okay with his weight and considered healthy. He exercises and is left alone about his weight. He is happy with his weight and body. Jesse is an ectomorph, meaning he has a light build with small joints and lean muscle. He likes his body type, and he gets it from his dad's side of the family. He is comfortable with his body type, as it allows him to stay thin. Jesse's eyes are gold in color, and round-almond shaped. He has thick and full lashes naturally, which he's thankful for as they help to keep dirt and sand from getting in his eyes.
