Hail heard the Males get up but she stayed a sleep and curled up

Shadow and the other three got to the southern border and Shadow watched them explore for a moment before saying, "Now you see me now you don't." He stepped one foot to the side and the others froze. He could still see them clearly but they couldn't see him. He peeked his head around to them. "The humans abandoned this and I made good use of it. The tint in the glass makes it hard for you to see me." He let them all try it before showing a couple other techniques.

It was early and most of the wolves or dogs were still asleep Hail got up her belly was growing rounder she walked out of then den and streached she walked to the pond and took a drink

Shadow, Ice, Jack, Gunner and Night finished the rounds of the territory before making it to the meadow. "Jack stay low. Watch how we do this. Then you can try it later." Jack stayed put as Shadow, Ice, Gunner and Night split into pairs and circled the herd of deer. Crouching low, he flicked his ears giving the signal to Night beside him to go. Night lunged forward tripping one before going to trip another one. While Night tripped the deer, Shadow went in for the kills. The deer started heading for where Gunner and Ice was and they did exactly what Night did. Ice tripped the deer while Gunner killed them. The herd had run into the eastern territory but they had gotten enough. Together, they had tripped and killed 6 deer. Jack came out of the bushes yipping. Dragging a deer, Shadow let Jack drag one of the smaller does while Night and Ice shared dragging the extra deer. The others dragged one a piece.

Hail watched as the other wolves woke up she got up and streached and walked around Hail went to see how Shelia is doing "hi Shelia how are you feeling today?" asked Hail "good the pups will be here any day" she said "thats good" Hail licked Shelias ear in respect and walked to the clearing.

Shadow, Ice, Jack, Night and Gunner came into camp dragging their prey before laying it in the middle. Dropping his deer, he walked over to Hail, "We got to go on a good hunt. Jack will be hunting deer with us next time." He said licking her ear.

"thats good" said Hail and nuzzled him jack came jumping up to Hail happile "i got to see the older wolves hunt" he said smiling big Hail licked his head "thats good" she said and walked to the prey pile to grab a a piece of deer meat

Shadow tore off a deer leg and walked over to Sheila. Dropping it in front of her, he said, "Here, you will need your strength." She nodded her thanks before Misty came out, "I found most of my herbs but can't seem to find Coltsfoot. Can you help?" He nodded before saying, "Go get something to eat. We can go out in a bit."

Hail ate her share of prey and licked her lips she got up and nuzzled Shadow then walked to the den and layed down watching her pack

After eating his share of prey, Shadow collected Misty before going to look for the herb. After not finding it near the pond, they went towards the town where they found a big batch under an oak tree. Picking up the tender stalks, they left some to grow before heading back to camp.
