Flame chuckled at the female before saying, "Believe it or not, I escaped from the humans a little over a year ago with a wolf pack. They reside in the mountains now but I decided to stay down here with my brother. He's a bit like you, he would rather stick with a smaller group." Flame felt the branch brush her back before she turned left, heading up the path.
"Not much farther now," Flame said before a faint scream came from the direction of the meadow. She paused, listening to the human for a second before sighing. "Come on, it's right around the bend." Flame said, moving forward again. What was she going to do with the triplet? Shadow had gotten worse since the death of the pups. Not even killing the jaguars had given him much either. Flame felt a couple pebbles against her paws, Icicle had been more than willing to scatter pebbles around the camp so Flame could navigate.
"Come, I doubt a small fish could have filled you up. There is still prey for you to eat. The pack should be back soon." Flame said, going over to sit down by her den. She tilted her head at Anya, just realizing that the female might not know she was blind. She could smell something still off from the female and doubted that it was of fear. "Are you injured?" Flame asked gently, flicking an ear concerned. |

Anya| f | loner | M: "You escaped from the humans?!", anya asked astonished. She then smiled, "well if were so alike i think i can join quite easily". After a minute anya heard a faint scream. She shivered remembering all the fights her humans had. Anya knew flame said something before and after the scream but she was so spaced out she didnt hear her words. When she finally snapped out of her thought and memories she saw flame had gotten a few steps ahead of here so she trotted forward before slowing to be stride for stride with flame. Soon she felt pebbles on the ground, at first she was a bit weirded out but once flame spoke of food she forgot all about it. She watched flame sit down by a den and by the smell of it flames den. She then turned her attention back to flame as she spoke. . "Oh, im fine", anya said as she remembered the thorn in her foot and the new life in her stomach. Before flame could say anymore anya padded over to the food pile and chowed down. She winced at the pain a bit as she padded but she just swallowed it down. While she was eating she felt the little life forms wiggle with joy but again she just ignored it, hoping flame and her alpha wouldnt notice. Anya wouldnt care if they knew except that she feared they wouldnt except her because of this or kill her young. After eating her fill she could aready feel the weigh she packed on. Not wanting to talk to flame yet though she sat by the food, listening to the bird chirp and sing. |

Flame and Shadow | F & M | Elder & Alpha | SFP | M: Anya
Flame tilted her head, her expression unbelieving. Before she could say anything, a cackle broke out above her. "Oh, don't you just love the human screams in the morning?" Icicle chuckled in the tree above her. Flame huffed at her, "You are always up to something aren't you? No breaks it seems." Icicle cackled before jumping down to land beside, "Trouble is my middle name." The fox said before looking curiously at Anya. "Who's the female?" She asked, shaking out her fur. "Anya, meet Icicle. Icicle, meet Anya. I found her along the river." Flame said calmly, flicking an ear at Anya.
"Very nice to meet you Anya. Not that you will be staying long, wolves never do." Icicle said, jumping onto a low branch above Flame. "Where's--" was as far as Flame got before the large black wolf stalked into the clearing. His eyes locked onto Anya quickly and he growled. A brownish white bundle on his back perked up, quickly revealing the fox on his back. Frost looked out as coldly as Shadow did at the female. Flame got up, instantly feeling the tension before walking over to Anya's side. "Shadow, meet Anya. I met her by the river, tired and hungry." Flame said, flicking an ear.
Shadow growled before stalking forward until he was only a few feet away from the female. "What is your business here? Not many wolves make it this far into my territory." He said without a trace of warmth in his voice and a pointed glance at Flame. Not that she could see it. Frost sat back down on his back, no doubt glaring at the female. |

Anya| f | loner | M: all of SFP Anya was caught of gaurd by the fox sent apparching but she just shrugged it off. A minute later though she heard a voice in a tree above flame. She looked up to see a fox. Anya was caught off guard so much so she didnt hear anything after that, her memories of her bad past rushing back to her. She finaly came to when the male was a few feet away and flame was by her side. "I- uh- i- my- my business is that i want to join" anya said. "Or atleast i wanted to", she said under her breath, as she more focused on the two foxes than the alpha glaring at her. |

Shadow & Frost | M | Alpha & Fox | SFP | M: Anya
Shadow listened to the female stammer as her eyes mainly focused on the foxes. He could feel Frost shifting on his back, most likely getting a better position in case he needed to attack. Which was most unlikely with this female. "You wanted to join? Sounds like you made up your mind." Shadow said, disdainfully. Flame huffed at him, "She likes smaller packs and is quite adaptable." Shadow looked over at her before saying disdainfully, "If she can't get along with the foxes, she doesn't stay. We do better when there is so few wolves."
Shadow whipped around, storming away. Frost quickly jumped off his back, looking after him. Frost shook his head and Shadow disappeared, he was still grieving. Hmm...this might be the second phase. Angry at everything and everyone but mainly at himself. Frost sighed before huffing at Flame, "I don't know what your playing at but it's too soon to bring a wolf into the pack. And a female at that." Flame whipped her head around to him, "She needed help, so I helped."
Frost growled, "Yeah well she's been helped. Now she can leave. If she needs help getting out, we can show her the way to the mountains." Flame gave him a glare. Sheesh, she might be blind but she was still pretty good at that. Reminded him of Shadow. "It's been months. New blood will be good within the pack." Flame shot at him, standing her ground. Frost gave her his icy look. "Yeah, and look what happened the last time that happened." Frost shot back before leaping onto the low branch above. Icicle had disappeared, most likely after Shadow. Frost watched them as Flame flattened her ears at him and muttered, "Foxes." |

Anya | F | loner| M: all of SFP Anya had for the most part got a grip on herself so she frowned. She was about to say something but the alpha stormed off before she could. Then anya watched as the fox and flame argued. Once the foxes left she quietly spoke "im sorry, i was just caught off guard, i didnt mean for you to get into trouble". Anya then sighed and turned to flame and asked, "if your alpha accepts me will the foxes accept me too? And they wont hurt me or my-", anya quickly stopped herself and waited for flame to respond, hoping she didnt catch her mistake. |

Flame tilted her head towards Anya before saying, "You didn't get me in trouble. I can handle my brother. He's just in a rough time, that's all." Her eyes narrowed slightly at the slip of words but she didn't pry. "The foxes listen to Shadow. That's why I call them a pack instead of a band of animals. The foxes are loyal to Shadow and Shadow alone so if he accepts you, they will too. And as long as you stay near me, the foxes will leave you alone while Shadow decides." Flame said, leading Anya over to her den.
She sat down before a brownish white bundle landed on her back. Icicle slid off with ease before bouncing over to Flame's paws. "So...Anya," Icicle started and Flame chuckled gently. She knew what was coming. "Where did you come from? How did you get all the way over here? Do you need that thorn removed from your paw? Why do you want to join a pack? And why not a bigger pack? More wolves means better protection. How old are you?" Icicle managed to go through her questions without taking a breath.
She paused for a breath there before tapping her tail to Flame's paws. Yep, here it came. "And for Flame's sake, your pelt is a nice slate color with a patch of white on the side of your pelt. She has ice blue eyes and long fur. How much do you weight and what's your size per say? This could affect your pawsteps which can help Flame detect who it is." Icicle went on again. Flame chuckled amused, "Well, I don't need pawsteps with you Icicle. Ease off the questions a bit and let her answer." Icicle giggled, pressing up against Flame's legs. "Sorry Flame, I'm just curious." Icicle replied, earning a lick on the ears from Flame. |

Anya | f | loner | M: flame and "the little fox" aka Icicle Anya nodded as flame answered her questions, then followed her to her den. Anya jumped a bit at the little fox but stayed still and quiet. Anya then listened to all the fox's questions carefully. At first she wasnt going to answer but after the fox was done anya couldnt help but smile and laugh a bit. "Well, i dont totally trust you little one but i should probably answer a few of your questions." Anya paused and thought to herself, if the foxes like me than maybe ill have an easier time joining. "I came from a pack far from here. The humans brought me here. And how the heck do you know about the thorn?! I want to join your pack because i cant- i dont want to live on my own, and bigger packs makes you a bigger target, but a too small packs leaves you weak. . Anya smiled a bit at the little fox then countinued. "Im about 2 years old. What do you mean for flames sake? How the heck am i sposed to know my weight and size?! And again why would flame or you need my paw size?! Anya then paused, she felt something strange, did she like the little fox?! Before the little fox could answer anya smirked then said "you know, its rude to not introduce yourself if your going to ask alot of questions". Well it wont be so hard to live with this fox, maybe the other fox but i like this fox surprisingly, anya admitted to herself. |

Icicle & Flame | F | Fox & Elder | SFP | M: Anya
Icicle giggled at Anya's responses before pointing out, "It's quite easy to see and I can be quite observant." "Sometimes," Flame said softly and Icicle gave her a mock hurt look before grinning, "Hey." Flame flicked an ear as Anya asked her own questions. Icicle giggled, "Name's Icicle, and that big grumpy lump of a fox that is in the tree is my brother Frost." She flicked an ear mischievously as a growl came from the trees. "He doesn't like strangers, so you can ignore him." Icicle said, shooting a pointedly look up into the tree.
Icicle did however tilt her head as Anya came to a halt. She looked between her and Flame before giving a small cough, "I would have expected it to be obvious." Flame sighed, "Icicle, you know I've gotten better with pretty much everything since the accident and my hearing is perfectly fine. If you don't look close enough or don't know me, it's thankfully not that obvious." Icicle gave a chuckle cough before saying, "Point taken. Sorry Flame." Flame chuckled quietly before tilting her head back at Anya. "If you want, I can tell you now or you can leave it as a mystery for a bit. I know some young ones who like to figure things out on their own." Flame said with a gentle smile. |

Anya | f | loner | M: Flame, icicle and Shadow Anya smiled, 'well i guess you can get it out, if you can or even want to and icicle is a cute name". Anya then turned to the fox in the tree as icicle introduced him as her brother. She shivered as the fox growled, before turning back to icicle as she countinued to talk. Anya was glad at the change of topic before she realised icicle seemed a bit upset. Anya then watched flame and icicle talk before answering flame. "First of all im not that young, im a whole 2 years, second of all games are for pups third of all i bet i can figure it out before your alpha accepts me, which he will, and very soon." As anya said "third of all i bet i can figure it out before your alpha accepts me, which he will, and very soon" a mischievous smile spread across her face. . With that she got up and ran, nose to ground. I can prove to him im not some worthless pup anya thought to herself as she followed his sent. Soon she found him though. She didnt aproach though, she just stayed out of sight and down wind, trying to see what he was doing. |
