Julien Devereux Eighteen Years | Male | Mentions: Mircea
In true fashion, Julien had been ready to go before his parents had, having been sitting at the bottom of the stairs of his house, dressed and packed, before they had even finished showering. They approved of his excitement though, and made sure to hurry, and were on the road shortly after.
The entire ride, him and his mother had been chatting nonstop, his father interjecting now and then with his own little opinion on things. Mostly, though, Mr. Devereux was content to just listen to the animated conversation between his son and wife. The two were vastly different in appearance, Julien taking after him more, but were so alike in personality that it was bewildering.
Julien paused in his conversation as his phone vibrated in his pocket. The conversation had already quieted down as they were taking in the surroundings, the vast expanse of land around them drawing their eyes, letting them know they were close. But now his eyes were on the screen of his phone, smile on his face as he read a text from his friend.
Yeah, I'm a few minutes out. Be there soon!
He then slid the phone back into his pocket, and waited quietly for the next few minutes before the SUV came to a stop where the other cars had parked. Quicker than his parents could, he slid out of the back seat and hauled his bags out of the car. His luggage was on the ground before his mom had even closed the door, but her chuckle brought his attention to her.
"Alright, alright, we will get going so you can go," she walked over and hugged her much taller kid, reaching up to ruffle his hair a bit.
"Love you, mom!" He said with a grin, letting her kiss him on the cheek, before he hugged his dad, and practically booked it towards check in, though he paused to wave at them.
Moments later, though, he was moving towards the office, eyes scanning around for his friends as he moved. He knew Mircea would be around here somewhere, he just had to find him.
