~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~ Ivory awoke to the sound of birds chirping high in the pine trees above. She padded out o the den she shared with Ebony stretching enjoying the mornings sun she shook the mornings stiffness out of her limps before trotting to the nearby stream to take a drink of the cool water flowing in it ll the way from the mountains. She looked up over the stream to the human camp area expecting to see one of the pups clamber out of the funny looking dens in search of a stone or stick to throw around. After waiting for a few minutes she easily jumped the stream cautiously approaching the pelt dens sniffing the air for any fresh scents, finding none she poked her head into the den to find it empty. She checked a few more to fine them all empty and sniffed the air once more searching in a slight panic for any fresh scents still finding none she whipped her head around tearing a hole through one of the pelts with her antlers she hopped the stream once more padding home a t a quick pace to check on Ebony. Finding her sister still sound asleep in the den she sighed in relief nuzzling her sisters check before going to lay outside of the den on watch for any other animals.
