Ayira | Female | 17 | Earth | M: Everyone, specificly Oliver
Ayira stood up slowly, her legs being stiff from sitting in the car for so long. Zeus following her lead and streching when he was finally standing. She streched, watching the other students start to walk off after the teacher. She looked around at the students, taking a moment to decide which people might be more approachable. She noticed one guy, he seemed very observant and was studying everyone like she had. He also seemed... less confident, more cautious possibly. His posture was terrible, very slouched. She wondered why, he was very tall and that wasn't a bad thing. Man, what I'd give to be tall for once in my life. She thought, looking up at the guy.
"I should ask if he wants to be friends... no no, that's dangerous." She was now wondering aloud, although it was still almost mumbled. She realized what she did and looked at the guy close to her. He could've easily heard her from the close distance they were. She just looked down at the ground, trying to pretend like she hadn't said anything. |

Oliver I Male I 17 I Shadow I M: Ayira, group (ind) Feeling eyes on him, Oliver subtly shifted the angle of his face so his hair fell into his eyes, allowing him to look around without most noticing his gaze. It was the female with the dog, giving him the same look over he had used on everyone else. Oddly flattering in a way; girls mostly took to his general appearance, but she appeared to be checking everything, even his posture it seemed. Then she spoke quietly to herself. 'I should ask if he wants to be friends... no no, that's dangerous.' Interesting...she was cautious, but if himself or something that was internal for her, holding her back? Oliver took a step forwards, tilting his head the way Alpine used to when something intrigued her. "I'd like to ask that as well, but have the same fear," he said to the girl quietly, in the same muttering fine she had used. He smiled a bit at the dog and glanced the the girl again. "Perhaps acquaintances would work for now. Oliver Thorne." He gave a small bow, feeling very stupid after he righted himself. Who bows? Great way to convince someone you're not dangerous or crazy... Just do something abnormal. He ran a hand through his dark hair, cursing himself under his breath. |

Akira| Female| Magic, Fire | M:Everyone Akira gazed around at everyone her dark hair falling slightly over her eyes helping to disguise what she was doing. Her black cat now sitting atop the white wolf standing next to her. Both cat and wolf looking around inspecting everyone as well curious. The wolf tilting her head as she inspected the other dog nearby, sniffing the air curiously. Akira noticed how Oliver and Ayira conversed with each other quietly. Her gaze then on the teacher and she moved forward to join the group of other kids her companions following beside her. Her wolf checking out the other dog as she passed by. Akira waved at Oliver and Aiyra as she passed giving a small thin smile. |

Ayira | Female | 17 | Earth | M: Everyone, specificly Oliver Ayira looked over at Oliver when he spoke. Cold dread gripped her, he had just heard her talking out loud, how much worse could it get? It was the opposite of what she had expected though. "Oliver Thorne." He introduced himself as, bowing for some odd reason. She understood though, he was nervous, she was nervous too. She giggled for some reason, thinking it was funny how he bowed. She noticed him run a hand through his hair. "Ayira Amana." She said, giving a small bow in return to ease his anxiety. She smiled at him warmly, feeling more relaxed as both of them seemed bad at navagating this new social situation. Zeus gave a slight growl and she looked over for a moment, noticing another girl with a dog, wait no wolf. She shook her head at Zeus slightly growling, he wasn't agressive but sometimes got extra protective. "Shush Zeus." She whispered. He stopped growling and looked up at her. She looked back at Oliver, happy that she had already met someone. |

Abnir | Male | 89 | Earth/Wind =wind/nature Alright children Listen carefully and I will tell you the numbers of each of you really cabins. There will be a key bearer for all four cabins. Oliver, you will be the key bearer of your cabin." Abnir said handing an ornate key to Oliver. "Ayira you will be the keybearer for your cabin." He said handing her a key as well. "Osa, you will bear the key for your cabin" he knew he could trust his granddaughter. The other two seemed shy and leadership would be good for them to learn. "In Ayira's cabin will be Akira and herself, in Olivers cabin will be Asher, Jack, and Henri who will join you later. The rest of the people will go to the larger cabin. The one that has two cabins connected. Off you go now! You may find your respective cabins and set yourselves up" Abnir sat down in a rocking chair. "If anyone needs anything I will be right here waiting for the other students" |

Akira| Female| Magic, Fire| everyone, mainly teacher and Aiyra Akira listened and watched the teacher as he appointed the keys to their bearers. "Akira and Aiyra wil lbe in one cabin." She heard him say and looked to the other girl talking to Oliver. When walking by she had noticed how Aiyras dog growled at Celine and Binx and hoped that they would be able to get along. Celine wasn't a vicious type but could get protective of Akira and Binx. She walked over to Aiyra and introduced herself holding out her hand. "Hello my name is Akira. It seems we are to be in the same cabin. Also you have a very pretty dog." |

Ósamræmi | Female | 17 | Shadow/Wind | M: All After being lifted from the gate by her grandfather, Osa followed the group, thinking about her journey here. That wind amplifier had been unhelpful but it would have still been useful in the right situation. She glanced mournfully back at the disintegrating shards of the bottle. Oh well, supposedly attending school would help her master her abilities anyway. Osa looked around the school, taking in the scene. It was a large property, and very scenic. Her mind quickly began to wander towards the shadows, where things could be hidden for future use. The mists were light, good enough to get out of, but not easy to travel into. She'd visited her grandfather here once when she was little, but her memory was, well, foggy. As the students marched forward, Osa looked at the people around her. Most were nervous, a couple had pets, and two were conversing awkwardly with... were those bows? She paid no heed to their conversation, it was light enough judging from their tone. Though Osa was generally a very nosy person, she only acted on such curiosity when voices were hushed or tense. At the moment, it seemed she was being one of the more quiet individuals. I'll meet them one by one as time progresses, she thought, Social interactions are second to learning the true nature of this school. If her journeys through the mist had taught her anything, it was that places to foster power always had very curious secrets, and likely a hidden underground passage or two. Her parents had told her to start living in the main world, and stop disappearing into the unknown. She understood this concern, but until now the 'real world' had been boring. This was a chance to have an adventure close to home. Still, thought Osa after she was satisfied with her first structural analysis of the school, some friendships are never a bad thing in a pinch. Who should be the first target? Osa took a closer look at her new schoolmates. The latest one to join seemed nervous but nice enough to greet the group; Perhaps that one. The boy who'd waited at the gate was being somewhat quiet, but he also seemed friendly enough. Osa decided she'd wait to see just how the dynamics between individuals would play out before making a move. A friend who will help in a tight spot is useful, but a group of friends with a good dose of collaboration could overcome anything Osa threw at them. A smile crossed her lips and she held her head high and lost herself in daydreams of the many interesting activities this year would bring. |

Oliver I Male I 17 I Shadow I M: Ayira, Abnir, Akira, Everyone else (ind) When the teacher had handed him the key to his cabin, proclaiming him a 'keybearer', Oliver wondered what subtle hopes the guy had. The expression in the gentleman's eyes made him think that more than one person had observed him, perhaps others too without his knowing, and knew the type of character Oliver had, Grasping the key with a determined, albeit slightly confused, expression, he smiled tentatively at Mr. Abner, turning to Ayira. He saw a girl walking over to them, so he decided to say his piece quick, hoping she wasn't too offended by his soon-to-be-quick disappearance. "Congrats on being one of the other keybearers," Oliver said with a small smile, "Looks like your cabin mate is coming over..I should go and try to figure out who the heck mine are. Nice meeting you, Aiyra. Hope we have our classes together." He nearly cut off the last sentence, but was too late and it wouldn't have made much sense to quit in the middle of speaking. Had he been too forward? Too backword if there were such a phrase? He frowned, then remembered people usually communicated through gently squeezing the other's hand. He did so, taking her left with his right and, very briefly, gave Aiyra's hand a little squeeze, taking his hand away nearly immediately. He'd have to see if there were any books in the library, if there even was one, on how to properly greet others. He had a feeling he was at 2 strikes already, judging by her amused expression she had shown when returning his bow. Taking a step back, Oliver gave a half-nod to her before turning in the direction he believed the cabins were. Concentrating on himself, he made a transparent layer over his skin, so those not watching would mistake him for an illusion their eyes were playing. Even after a few seconds it was hard to breathe in that little barrier, so he hurried off to his cabin, taking it off once he dipped out of sight. Leaning against the door, he caught his breath, his heartbeat pounding in his throat it seemed. |

Jesse I Male I 16 | Wind Jesse wandered around, completely lost. He had been dropped off a little too far away from his destination and was now late as he wandered around, confused. He wasn't sure where to go but eventually saw some cabins in the distance and sped up, his belongings swinging as he ran and his cat mewed from his carrier. He made his way to the cabins, looking for someone to help him. (sorry for the very short response I don't know how I'm supposed to start?) |
