This roleplay is about a bunch of kids with animal features (ears, tail, wings if they are present) who are called Animorphi and all live in a fictional place called Anijoul, a city built thousands of years ago for Animorphi to live in peace. Anijoul is a secret city that can only be entered by Animorphi. Everywhere in the world, there are entrances that lead to the same city. Anijoul society is the closest to perfection that any civilization may ever achieve. Few humans know of their existence, but the ones who are aware know how much wealth they can bring one, either dead or alive. But a very famous and powerful human has found out about their existence and has successfully turned the human race on the Animorphi. Anijoul was invaded, but they were fought off. But not before they could damage it. A few dozen were injured terribly, and a few were dead. They stole from their food supply, swiped some weapons, and made away with some of their most powerful Animorphi. Humans also stole many important artifacts and destroyed a temple. They send out many groups of rangers and kids alike to find and recover the lost articles. You are one of these groups, in a cross-country journey to recover the Golden Eagle, the Animorphi prophecied to be born once per generation, who was destined to end all wars. - Edited at March 23, 2021 10:32 AM by SweetFire

Okay then! Draco was, as usual, up at the crack of dawn and is already waiting for everyone. Evie, on the other hand, is still busy getting her boots on and sorting through her things when the others get there, a piece of bread hanging out of her mouth.

Saffron quietly made her way to the place where the group would be meeting. She wore a long hooded cloak to hide her mane/tail and in her arms, she carried nine more of the lightweight cloaks. She thought it would be a good idea to try and pass for humans while among the other humans.
Quietly she looked around the meeting place before setting down the pile of cloaks and taking off her pack. She saw that Draco was already there, but that was to be expected. She sat down to wait, pulling out a small meat pie as her breakfast.

Lira sighed as she arrived at the place where they were to meet. She felt anxiety rise in her chest. She was a bit shaky but tried not to show it as she approached those who had already arrived. She ate a bun as she sat. She smiled nervously to everyone and waved nervously.

Auburn ~ Female ~ Bi ~ M: none Auburn awoke. She looked around at the teal and black wallpaper. She slowly lifted the sky-blue comforter from her legs. Ugh, why are mornings always like this? She groaned as she got up, setting her feet on the fluffy black rug. Standing, she stretched and yawned loudly. She walked to the bathroom, her tail flicking aimlessly. She grabbed a purple brush out of the cabinet and attacked her shoulder-length fiery hair. It looked good enough, so she put it back and grabbed her toothbrush. She squeezed cinnamon Colgate toothpaste onto the white bristles and scrubbed her fangs. She finished her routine and went downstairs to get a bite to eat before she left on her quest. She ate a breakfast of toast, and left to pack a bag. She grabbed a white hiking backpack and began preparing. She threw in a few extra changed of clothes, her water bottle, a sword and katana, a hunting knife in case they needed it, and a water bottle. That's it, I'm ready for this quest. She was nervous for she had never been leader of a quest. She threw her backpack on her shoulders and marched out the door. The quest team was going to meet at the entrance, so she turned west and headed towards the team's meeting spot.

Just as Auburn leaves her house, a nearby house's door slams open as Evie finally gets done preparing and takes off down the street, her tiny form vanishing in seconds. Looks like she dropped something, though. A shiny silver dagger with what looks like a family crest carved into its hilt lies on the road, now covered in dirt and mud from its fall. Draco smiles and waves to everyone as they arrive, quick to offer some sort of breakfast pastries he's brought along. Though, only god knows where those came from, because he's a bit notorious for being a horrible cook. Probably something his sister made.

Auburn watches as Evie dashes by. Something had fallen out of her pack. Out of curiosity, she picks it up and examines it. Blowing off the dirt, she admires the silver blade. She stuck it in her pocket. I'll give it to Evie when we meet up. She met up at the entrance, waving to the rest. "Are we gonna take dirt bikes or a car?" she asked.
