Khaleesi heard what Tara said and was embarressed that she had asked someone to come that wasn't allowed to leave the den. She gave a smile at Reyla, "Oops." She turned to Aslan a little dismayed, wishing he would come with them. "We need to get something to eat. If we had any spare prey at our former dens they are probably forfeit by now." She turned around and started looking for something decent sized.

Aslan nodded. "I will be looking for small prey still at least for the Cubs" he said. "I don't doubt you will get enough food for everyone else." He gave Khaleesi a friendly nuzzle having missed her the few days the humans had him. "I have a feeling that tonight we will be able to feast."

Khaleesi felt warmth flood through her as Aslan nuzzled her. It helped reassured her that she wasn't being replaced by Shani already. They were still friends. She paused a moment in her thoughts confused. Why would she mind if Shani was Aslan's friend? She smiled at him, "If I have anything to say about it, we will feast." She turned to the rest of the pride, "Ready to go?" She had identified a gazelle herd heading towards a watering hole.

Shani was surprised at the emotion Aslan had around Khaleesi. She spoke up feeling slightly left out, "Aslan and I were hunting for the cubs. Do you need my help with your hunting party? Aslan can take the prey we've caught back to the cave while we go on." Shani looked hopeful.

Khaleesi nodded, "It would be good for you to join us. I'm the only one in the hunting group who is familiar with the territory unless you are. It will be good for you to meet you pride lionesses." They needed to learn how to hunt together. Khaleesi had learned how to sound authoritative, and she was a senior lioness, so she didn't think she would have any trouble. "There is an antelope herd. Let's go make a feast."

Aslan looked at Khaleesi. "Be safe. We don't know it Hyenas are still here" he said before he grabbed what was already caught and headed back to the cave. He dropped off the meerkats before he padded back out of the cave to see if he couldn't get a few more. / Reyla glanced at Tara, wondering why the cub tried to act so cold to the others. She didn't understand it, but she shrugged it off.

Shani nodded, she knew the plains like nobody's business, it was her home. She slunk into formation with the others, waiting for directions from Khaleesi. She nodded to the other females.

Khaleesi decided she would have Shani go look for a antelope with a disablitity. "Shani, you go look for one of them that seems weaker than the rest. We'll wait here." She had a basic plan for hunting, and she was just waiting for a chosen target. She dipped her head as Aslan went to go do his own thing.

Shani slipped into the tall grass without a sound. She paused, checking to make sure she was down wind of the herd. Slowly making her way closer, she watched the antelope closely. Getting as close as possible without alerting them she lay down in the grass. There! An older antelope was grazing a little ways away from the main herd. He appeared to be blind in his left eye. Slowly getting up and padding back to the other lionesses, she ducked her head in respect to Khaleesi. "There is an old buck on the outskirts of the west side of the herd. He is blind in his left eye and seems to be a good target." Shani reported.

Storm watch by the mouth of the cave as the hunting group leaving the den sight. She moved a little bit way from mouth of the den before finding a nice cool shade tree still in sight range of the den. She could watch the cubs if they where to leave the safety of the cave. It might give her something to do at least. She settled down in the cool grass in the shade watching and listening to sounds of leave rustling to birds chirping above her in the trees .
