Rose In the bright morning sunlight the mountains of Northen Canada tower above an expansive evergreen forest. The light shines down onto the thick canopy. From the forest floor it appears to separate and cause the fresh snow to sparkle like diamonds. The forest is awakening...from a small den a wolf arises and her name is Rose. Rose being on the smaller side has no problem getting out of her den. Stretching each leg she yawns and pulls her haunches up from behind her. Her coat is a beautiful red and white color with a red leopard pattern. Shaking the snow off she pads into the fresh snow and lets out a morning howl waking the forest and her pack. The Slush Dogs. Janus A bellowing howl filled the camp and swirreled into his den with the cool chill of the mornings icy breeze, echoing through his den and into his ears as he awoke with a yawn, his large jaws streatching wide with a little glimmer of his thick fangs before his powerful jaws snapped shut lazily, his two colored gaze flickering around his den before pulling himself up, his head lowering to crawl out without bumping his head, being rather large in size it was a bit difficult, almost envying the smaller wolves for it. one side of his body was a snowy white flecked in a bone grey, his eye on that side a deep brown so dark it was almost black, the other side a rich russet brown with a bright blazing green eye, his noses a soft pink as it glimmered in the wet cold atmosphere. . Flora within a small den was a little fluffy grey being curled into a ball, her paws over her head before hearing a faint howl from outside her den, her ears flicking up and swiveling as she heard movement outside, but everything so faint, but soon figuring out why when she lifted her fluffy grey head and opened her icy sky blue eyes to see the snow had piled at the entrance, blocking her exit. but this was no issue, she had a whole pack, and they were all accostumed for digging. she stood, being small she was able to stand quite easliy and shook the snow from her pelt, her paws tainted in a pretty reddish tan color, her ears tipped in it, but the rest of her faded greys and whites, her little nose shiny and black, fur soft and silky yet still fluffed outwards quite beautifly, a very angelic specimine but because of her petite size she just looked as cute as a bunny. but soon she padded towards the entrance and began scratching away the snow. before long she got a paw through and hopped through the layer of snow like a little jack rabbit, her eyes wide as she stared around te clearing before shaking the snow from her fur.

Emerald Being an early riser and one of the packs main hunters Emerald was already on the go before the rest of the pack awoke. Tracking through the thick layers of snow her long black legs helping her over. She was tracking a doe she spotted near her den. Hearing a twig snap in the distances her ears perk up and swivel forward. Sniffing she can smell the doe but the change in the winds direction I see making it more difficult. It’s her job to provide a decent amount of food for her pack so her better not loose this doe. Sending a howl of her location to the pack she heads off deaper into the woods.

Luna twitched her ear as she was woken up by the sun. The white female slowly got up before she got out of the camp to head towards the border to check it. As she sniffed around, she didnt see anything out of the ordinary, but soon found an injured fawn on it's own. It didnt look more than a few days old, and Luna sighed. With swift movement the female took out the fawn and started making her way back to the camp. She had been gone for almost an hour at this point and grew hungry. *Not sure if the alphas will want to eat first* she thought as she dropped off the prey, seeing her brother still in his den sleeping.

Obsisian Obsidian yawned and stood, shaking the snow from his coat. He shiver in the cold weather, despite his black coat. Obsidian glanced over at Janus, then trotted over to the food stash, in search of something to eat. Finally he settled on a hare and sank down to eat, glancing at the rest of the pack. Obsidian didn't like to rise as early as some wolves in the pack. Honey Honey shook snow off her sleek coat and watched Luna go of to check the border. She yawned, sleepy and cold. Sometimes Honey wished she had a coat as dark as Obsidian's or Venustus's. She glanced at Obsidian, then Janus. Finally Honey rose to stretch her legs and go out for a walk.

Janus The large two faced beastly males two colored gaze flickered over camp as he saw most wolves of the pack awakening, his emrald green eye flashing beautifly as he looked upon the glittering snow before he let his two colored gaze flicker towards his petite female alpha, his ears flicking and thick two colored pelt shifting in the cool breeze although his thick pelt didnt allow the winds to get benieth his undercoat and to his skin as his gaze drifted around for the other patroler, thinking of going on the morning patrol of the territory. . Flora The grey, white, and tannish red fluffy, yet dainty she wolf's sky blue gaze flickering over the clearing her gaze bright and her little chest and tail fluff flowing with the breeze. Her nose twitching with the scent of the morning breeze before her gaze trailed over the clearing, watching as Janus seemed to be looking for someone, honey going for a walk, obsidian having a morning snack, and the female alpha standing elegantly despite her size.

Honey Honey walked over to the small frozen creek near the den. She looked down at her reflection on the ice, admiring her sleek, champagne-colored coat. Honey carefully walked across the frozen creek and continued on to the icy meadow. She sank down in the snow, looking out over the meadow, now glistening in the morning sun.

Venustus It was too early to wake up. It was always too early for Venustus to wake up. But alas, there was the morning howl. The she-wolf heaved herself up and stretched; thankful for being small enough to stand straight in her den. She sighed and walked out, shaking any snow and wetness from her pelt. She yawned and stretched again, blinking her pale brown eyes a few times. Her dark nose twitched as she made her way over to select her morning meal. She picked up a small squirrel and curled up a ways away in the snow, gnawing on the small yet filling parcel.

Night Hawk The morning air was crisp and the fresh snow gleamed in the morning light. Deep in a den, a black wolf with silver spots on his back stirred. Opening his topaz eyes, he yawned widely showing gleaming white fangs before getting up. Stretching each leg at a time, he flicked his ears, listening to the birds and pack wake up around him. Hearing the morning howl, he smiled before making his way out of the den.
Several were already up including several of the warriors/hunters, higher ranks and a few omegas. A patroller was also nearby. Hmm, Night was usually up before them. Oh well, winter had that effect on him. A howl from Emerald went out, a bit faint but giving her location. She must have found something. Nodding to the alpha and beta, Night trotted into the woods after the howl.
Following the scent of Emerald that soon merged with doe scent, he came up behind her but gave a quiet growl to her so not to startle her. "I'm here, what do you need me to do?" Night asked, this being one of his daily questions. Now, if he had been the one to find the doe, then he would give out directions but because Emerald had found it first, she would give him directions. This was her hunt and find, Night Hawk was simply here to help out. He walked by her side, staying quiet as they stalked the prey.
