Brooklyn I Human I Female I M: Lily and Adrastos ~ Waking up to the sound of her dad breaking yet another one of her mother's special plates, Brook got herself quickly dressed, putting her hair in a messy bun. She was late and had forgotten to set her alarm...again. No doubt Mother would berate her and suggest one of the maids become a more reliable alarm. She'd just lock her door like before if that was the case, or sleep in the barn. No way was someone going to disturb her sleep. How else would she be well-rested enough to follow a ravine or climb trees to sit with the birds? Plus those prim pinpricks would force her to wear dresses and ruin her hair with spray. Thanks but no thanks. She found her bag stuffed under her bed, snatching it, and looked around for her journal. Seeing it laying on the floor near her brown cabinet that spread along the eastern wall of her room, she grabbed it and gingerly put it into her messy bag. Inside it lay all her sketches from past hikes and adventures, such as mountain lions and bighorn sheep. The lion had been watched from afar of course, but it had looked so majestic and carefree she had to sketch the tawny pelt. Rushing out the door, only catching a brief image of her father trying to hide the evidence in little black bags, a pained expression on his face as he cut himself on an already heavily-bandaged hand. No plates seemed to be able to survive when he touched them. At least I can escape and go to school, Brook thought happily, running down the long driveway. She would wait at the gate for her two friends, Lily and Adrastos, there so they wouldn't have to go through security. Her parents weren't famous or anything, they just liked the thought of looking like it. Mostly her mom though... she was weird like that. Her mind flickered back to her friends as she leaned against the iron gate. Once, long ago, she had a small crush on her best guy friend, but AA, that was his nickname, didn't seem to notice. Or maybe he just didn't want to see her as more than a buddy... Shaking off the negativity, Brook took a deep breath in and waited for them to appear down the road. |

Lily walked down alongside the edge of the forest. She loved the animals and would get a few glimpses of deer in it. She knew that some wolves had moved in there but not sure how many. Wlaking alongside it, she started through a list in her head on what to get done in the day. Once knowing her classes and courses, hoping she would be in Brook's and Adrastos's classes, she would figure out who the newer students were, if any. There usually weren't many new students so they would stand out easily. After that though, maybe she could get to the library and get some new materials.
Lily made it to the iron fencing and circled round. She could almost see where the gate would be. Looking through the posts, she could see that there wasn't much activity. Brooke must have gotten out early. That's good for us. She thought, making her way to the long driveway. There was Brooke waiting by the iron gate. Giving a wave, Lily stopped next to her before saying, "Hi Brook, how are you this lovely morning?" |

Brooklyn I Human I Female I M: Lily, Adrastos (ind) Drawn out of her imaginings with the arrival of Lily, Brook gave a little start, not realising she hadn't been alone. Eyes flickering to her friend, Brook smiled widely and opened the gate using her key, stepping out. Giving the girl a small, brief hug, she shouldered her bag and glanced around for Adrastos. Not here yet...or already at school? He should have been at least near the corner by now.. "Did you see Adrastos by any chance on your way here?" She shifted uneasily, wondering if something had happened. His uncle..she didn't know much about the man, but he was bad news when in a temper. Biting a nail, a bad habit of hers that made her mother faint at times, she cast another look around the garden area, trying not to worry. |

Atticus had grab his bag from the house and started out in the direction of school. "Come on first day." He said walking through the forest. He knew that it was going to be a long day and that not everyone was going to like it. He easily picked out Octavius and Lupus. "You ready for school Octavius?" He asked the small up. . Octavius smiled at his alpha. "A little, but ill probably be the only new student in my class. What if the other kids make fun of me?" He said worridly. There was only one other member of the pack his around his age now. |

Lily | Human | Female | M: Brooke, Adrastos Lily gave her a brief hug back as she stepped out of her gate. Stepping back, she looked around the garden as she heard Brooke ask, "Did you see Adrastos by any chance on your way here?" Lily shook her head, "But I'm sure he will be fine. I bet he's on his way now. You know how he doesn't like to be late." Lily said with a smile, in a soothing 'I'm not worried' tone. She didn't know much about Adrastos and his uncle other than to avoid his uncle all the time. He probably got caught up in one of his books or something. She thought. She did it too, too often.

Night Hawk grabbed his bag, making sure he had his books and everything needed for school. Walking out, he met with the other teens as Shadow walked out of his house with a bunch of papers. I bet he's a bit cranky this morning. Night Hawk chuckled before turning back to his alpha. He walked a little bit behinds him as Atticus walked through the forest in the direction to school. Looking behind him, he saw Shadow somehow not running into everything as he rifled through the papers. Night decided not to worry about him and he turned back around to watch Atticus and the others. |

Celeste | Beta | female | M: Atticus, the others Celeste slung her bag over her shoulder. Today would be her first day attending some highschool. It was sure to be boring but she was the beta female and had to set an example. She ran her fingers through her platinum blonde hair. Atticus had everyone old enough or young enough attending school. He was alpha, so they did as he said. Celeste got in her new vehicle, a cherry red jeep wrangler. She started it and waited for the younger packmates that would be riding with her. |

She went in until she came to a gathering where herbs lay and collected many.She thought about many things.snap Aurora froze and dropped the herbs,she turned into her wolf but yet a little squirrel popped his head out from the tree. Aurora growled at the squirrel snd was about to chases it but her bones creaked. She decided not to and transformed into her human form and picked up her herbs and sat down to enjoy the day. Swift Swift trudged off to school with all the other teen except for Lupus who didn't go to school. She trudged off to school then hid behind a tree as a schoolgirl was waiting for a friend she froze snd waited for her friends to quickly come an go editing Sorry had bad internet |

Octavius continued walking with the rest until he realized his brother was no longer by his side. He looked back to see his brother just standing there. He knew that he was supposed to ride with celeste but he prefered to walk with his brother. "Big brother are you ok?" He asked. When Octavius didn't get an answer, he ran up to Atticus and tugged on his shirt. When he was asked what was wrong, he just pointed to his brother. . Atticus nodded to Aurora. Suddenly there was a tug on his shirt and he looked down to see Octavius. "Whats wrong O?" He asked the little boy. The boy said nothing and instead pointed to his brother who was just standing there. "You keep going Celeste is waiting for you and Fire. I'll make sure he's ok." He said then motioned for Swift to come over. "walk him to Celeste please." He said then walked back to Lupus. He placed a hand on the males shoulder. |

Lupus Lupus suddenly zoned in snd felt a firm hand on his shoulder snd jumped,he realized he was frowning and tears were by his eyes. He nodded a thanks of respect to Atticus and half mumbled "I'm fine where's Octavius? His face was half confused half panicked Is be ok?! What happened?! Adrastos Adrastos leapt down from a house and crept up on Brooke and Lily "Boo!" He cried half laughing. He put in his half cheeky smile which his uncle hated. Thinking about his uncle his face darkened but then lightened again. He straightened up and tried to push up his glasses but they weren't there. Adrastos slightly panicked but kept calm |
